Out Together is delivered by a small, dedicated staff team supported by volunteers, digital champions and community facilitators.

Our staff bring experience in community development, digital inclusion, partnership working and safeguarding. Many also bring lived experience that informs how we design and deliver our work.

Volunteers are central to what we do. They help welcome people into our spaces, support activities and provide peer and digital support. We provide training, guidance and ongoing support to ensure volunteers feel confident and valued.

Together, our staff and volunteers work to create environments that are safe, inclusive and responsive.
