About us

Out Together is a Yorkshire-based LGBTQ+ charity working to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing and build stronger, more connected communities.

We support LGBTQ+ people who may feel disconnected, excluded or left behind, particularly those facing barriers to social connection, digital access or traditional services. Through local hubs, projects and partnerships, we create safe, welcoming spaces where people can build confidence, form relationships and feel a genuine sense of belonging.
